Degree: Certificate in Real Property Assessment

Graduates of this 2 year diploma are eligible  to receive a UBC certificate in Real Property Assessment and 30 credits towards the Urban  Land Economics Diploma (UBC).

Degree: Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE)

Graduates will be granted 30 credits toward the above degree. An additional 60 credits must be completed and awarded by UBC.  Subjects may be completed through Thompson Rivers University – Open Learning (formerly BC Open University).
