General policy: Graduates of a three-year diploma program with a 'B' average or 70% (3.0 GPA), or a 'B' average or 70% (3.0 GPA) in the last two semesters of a three-year diploma program, will be considered for admission, and may be awarded up to 7.5 credits depending on the compatibility of the Seneca and Brock programs and with the approval of the department.

Applicants who have completed a two-year program with a cumulative average of 70% (3.0 GPA) will be considered for admission and may be awarded up to 5 credits, depending on the compatibility of the Seneca and Brock programs and with the approval of the department.

Applicants, who have completed one year of a college program, may be considered for admission to first year with no transfer credits provided that a 'B+' average or 75% (3.5 GPA) has been achieved and the program is of an academic nature.

Admission is not guaranteed by attainment of the minimum requirements. The awarding of transfer credit is based primarily upon: 1. the compatibility of the college program with the Brock program; 2. course content; 3. grades achieved in each subject.

Seneca Program: Social Service Worker - Immigrants and Refugees

Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Distinct and Diverse Communities

Seneca graduates with a minimum overall ‘B+’ average or 75% (3.5 GPA) will be granted 5 full university credits toward this 20 credit degree. Students will be granted 3 of the 5 university credits upon entrance to Brock. After completing a further 12.5 credits at Brock, students can apply for the remaining 2 university credits. Applicants should submit a letter directly to the Admissions Office at Seneca graduates with a minimum overall ‘B+’ average or 75% (3.5 GPA) will be granted 5 full university credits toward this 20 credit degree. Seneca Program: Law Clerk, Paralegal

Degree: Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science

Seneca graduates of these diploma programs  with a minimum overall ‘B+’ average or 75% (3.5 GPA) may enter Brock University to complete a degree in Political Science and will be granted 5  full university credits. Students will be granted 3  of the 5 university credits upon entrance to Brock. After completing a further 12.5 credits at Brock towards this 20 credit degree, students can apply for the remaining 2 university credits. Applicants should submit a letter directly to the Admissions Office at Brock University indicating that they are applying under the articulation agreement. Degree: Bachelor of Recreation and Leisure Studies (Honours)

Seneca graduates of this diploma program with a minimum overall B+ average or 75% (3.5 GPA) may enter Brock University to complete a 3-year Pass or 4-year Honours degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies and will be granted 6.0 full university credits.
