PART-TIME STUDIES

Thousands of Seneca students prepare for careers by studying in full-time programs. Many others, including those who are already working full-time or part-time, choose part-time studies as their route for career development.

To serve part-time students, Seneca College offers diploma studies, more than 60 certificate programs, and a wide selection of career-related individual subjects. Part-time studies are available in the day, evenings and on weekends. You can study in the traditional classroom environment or through a variety of alternative modes including: print based correspondence; online; and mixed mode which combines classroom and individualized formats.

If you wish to pursue part-time studies toward your career goals, you have two ways to do so. If you are interested in evening or weekend studies, you can select from a broad range of Continuing Education subjects and programs specifically designed for adult students who seek career changes or career development. To consider these alternatives, pick up the current Part-Time Studies Calendar available from any Seneca campus, or view the part-time studies website at: https://www.senecacollege.ca/ce.

For day-time programs, call the Admissions Office concerning part-time registration in any of the subjects in this Calendar. Although some space restrictions apply, you may be able to pursue the diploma or specific subjects you need in your career.
