Seneca College Convocation

Fall 2011 Convocation Deferred to Spring 2012

Students completing their final requirement to graduate in the Fall 2011 semester, should submit the "Request to Graduate" Form by January 13, 2012 << Final Extended Deadline. Forms are available in the Registration Office at all campuses or can be downloaded from the link listed below.

Students graduating from the Fall 2011 semester will be awarded their diplomas(certificates/degrees) at the Spring convocation ceremonies held in June 2012. Should confirmation of graduation status be required before the June 2012 convocation ceremonies, please request an "Official Transcript" or a "Graduation Letter" at one of the Registration Offices or these forms can be downloaded from www.senecacollege.ca/registrar/forms/index.html.

Fall 2011 Convocation Deferred to Spring 2012

If you graduated in October 2011 and would like to attend the June 2012 convocation, please email the following to june.convocation@senecac.on.ca:

  1. your request to attend
  2. Seneca Student Number
  3. current contact information (mailing address/telephone number/email address)

Deadline for "Request to Graduate"

Please submit your "Request to Graduate" form to the Registration Office by the following dates:

  • Fall 2011 program completion - January 13, 2012 << Final Extended Deadline.

Note: For International Students:

If you wish to apply for a post-graduation work permit, you must submit your application within 90 days of the issuance of your final grades (not 90 days after the convocation ceremony). For details, please visit: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/index.asp.
