Pay at a Canadian Financial Institution
Take your Student Account Invoice, along with your fee payment, to your financial institution. You can pay a teller or at a bank machine. It can take up to 5 business days to have your payment reach the College so make sure you make your payment at least 5 days before the fees due date on the invoice. If you are required to show your receipt some time in the future, you will have all of the necessary information if you have the front of your invoice stamped by the teller or attach the transaction slip to your invoice.

Pay Using Telephone or PC Banking
Three easy steps will allow you to make your fee payments using this option. Here's how:
- Start by setting Seneca up on your list of 'payees' with your financial institution.
- When asked for your 'account number', provide your 9 digit student ID number.
- Specify your payment amount.
Your fee payment will then be forwarded to us for processing, and applied to your student account.

Payment Option A
Full fees should be paid before the semester begins, no later than the due date noted on the attached invoice. Students paying full fees by the due date will not incur late payment or payment deferral fee charges.

Payment Option B
For those experiencing financial difficulty, a minimum deposit of $400.00 may be paid by the fees due date indicated on the attached invoice. However, if you choose Payment Option "B", please consider the following:
- A $65.00 late fee payment charge will automatically be applied to your student account.
- Those selecting Payment Option B must complete a promissory note for the balance of fees owing, indicating when the balance will be paid in full. The document is required in order to hold your place in the program. In order to ensure the promissory note is completed before registration occurs, access to SIRIS will be blocked for purposes of registration. The block will be released as soon as we have your signed document on file.
- In the event the balance of fees outstanding is not paid by the contracted date on the promissory note, ensure you visit the Registration Office and sign a revised promissory note establishing a new plan. If the Registration Office does not hear from you, a second $65.00 late fee payment charge will be applied to your student account

Payment Option C
This option only applies to students who have already submitted an application to OSAP prior to the fees due date.
- A minimum deposit of $400.00 may be paid by the fees due date indicated on the attached invoice if you complete a promissory note at the registration office.
- A $65.00 OSAP deferral fee charge will be applied to your student account.
- Those selecting Payment Option C must complete a promissory note for the balance of fees owing, indicating when the balance will be paid in full. The document is required in order to hold your place in the program. In order to ensure the promissory note is completed, access to SIRIS will be blocked for purposes of registration. The block will be released as soon as we have your signed document on file.
- In the event there is a delay in the processing of your Ontario Student Assistance (OSAP) loan documents for reasons beyond your control, and beyond the contracted date on your promissory note, a new promissory note may be arranged by visiting the Registration Office. However, if there is a delay and your agreed payment date comes and goes and you do not complete a new promissory note, a $65.00 late fee payment charge will be added to your account.
