In order to apply for these programs, you must be a Canadian Citizen, hold permanent resident status or be a protected person.
If you are receiving OSAP funding for this academic year, you may qualify for this program. This program provides funds for part-time employment at Seneca College, while students are in full-time attendance and are meeting scholastic standards as set out by OSAP and show a financial need.
This program works the same as the Ontario Work Study Program, but applies to students who do not apply for or qualify for OSAP funding.
Students are encouraged to find their own jobs by submitting their Work Study application to the Financial Aid Office and submitting resumes to departments in the college.
You now have two ways to apply:
All items on the application must be completed. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Please attach a copy of your resume so that any prospective employer can see your previous experience. (Note: the resume is not a requirement for getting a job)
Please apply early in the semester. All applications are checked to see if you qualify for this program. We hold your application on file and the departments can come in and see if you would fit the requirements of the position being offered. They would then contact you.
